Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: 2-3 business days
Shipping Time: 3-7 business days (domestic)

Your coffee is roasted fresh to order and carefully packaged before shipment. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days from purchase.

Please note: Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.


Shipping Rates

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and order size
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50

International: Not available at this time


Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your coffee ships. Track your order anytime using the link provided.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are accepted.


Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us at info@thegroundedcoffee.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses once an order has been processed. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
